Cancellation Policy:

Due to the nature of our process, once payment is processed and your product begins to be printed/constructed/personalized/etc. Everything is made to order. Therefore we cannot cancel your order once we begun manufacturing. 

Refund and Return Policy:

Our products are custom, personalized. Each inch of leather has very unique characteristics. Each piece will stamp, die, and color differently. Due to this process, we will not accept returns or offer refunds. Materials may be branded, one of a kind, from rare re-purposed materials, altered and cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, all SALES ARE FINAL. 

Repairs:

On our leather flip-flops, we offer some strap adjustments and minor repairs. However, they will be made at our discretion and after inspection. Shipping costs are not included.

Construction Process:

Based on the high demand on our leather products and our creation process (leather availability, gluing, dying, curing, fastening, soling, etc); be advised, products may take as long as 90 days to be delivered. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Our apparel, accessories and home goods are made to order and we work with several manufacturers to print them. Please allow 7-10 days from process. If you experience some delays, please reach out to us.

Toehold® will maintain full creative control over the final design of their product, and will offer NO REFUNDS.
